I didn’t create HADJÉ Organic because I had perfect hair—I created it because I lost it.
My journey began in 2018, during one of the most demanding seasons of my life. I was completing my final year of university, balancing exams, an internship, and the preparation of my bachelor’s thesis. The pressure was intense, and somewhere in the middle of trying to accomplish everything, I began losing my hair.
What started as shedding slowly became something I could no longer ignore. My hair was losing its strength, fullness, and beauty, and with it came the frustration and heartbreak that so many women understand.
Over time, my hair journey would also be affected by hormonal changes, stress-induced shedding, heat damage, color treatments, and relaxers. I searched for products that would truly nourish and care for my hair instead of simply coating it or giving me temporary results.
When I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, I went back to what felt familiar: the botanical traditions I grew up with—purposefully selected herbs, nutrient-rich oils, and time-honored ingredients that had been trusted and passed down through generations.
I began learning, experimenting, and creating for myself. What started as a personal attempt to restore the hair I was losing slowly became something much bigger.
That journey became HADJÉ Organic.
